Disclosures: Agency utilizes Quickbooks bookkeeping. Accounting Software to be used will be negotiated at time of consultation and may incur an additional fee. Additional fees may also apply to urgency, mileage, and timebound commitments that may be negotiated at time of onboarding and periodically throughout the course of service.*

*A “Trip Charge” may be added to your bill which will be based on drive time, time of day, and/or mileage depending on when, where, and how urgent a meeting or pick up takes place.

*An 'Urgency' fee is based on time between request, expected delivery of services, and volume of work to be performed.

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Reconcilation of Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, and other balance sheet accounts. Up to 5 accounts or 1 HR, additional charges may apply if additional time is needed.

Remote Sessions

Remote in assistance with the purpose of overview, guidance, and/or training. Limit 30 mins - Additional time may be scheduled.

Chart of Accounts Standard to Industry with numbering for organization - additional charges may apply for extensive account catagories
