We have Lyz as our Bookkeeper with our company. While we have a unique business setup (1 primary company, and then 2 brands under that umbrella) she was able to comprehend and adapt to the idiosyncrasies of our business very quickly. When we first brought her on, we used a less common bookkeeping software not usually utilized by a small business (Microsoft Accounting Professional), and she acclimated to this system very quickly, and was able to help in the process of moving to a different (more up-to-date) accounting software that we had wanted to do for several years before this.
